THE PAIN RELIEF SERVICE IS AIMED AT THE RELIEF OF PAIN. ON COMPLETION THE PATIENT WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN TO THEIR OWN DENTIST FOR TREATMENT OR REQUEST A FULL EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT WITH WHOLE TOOTH DENTAL PRACTICE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAIN RELIEF TREATMENT

• We guarantee to undertake your treatment with the best possible care, and to make your treatment as comfortable as we possibly can.
• There will be a minimum £35 charge for this treatment. The maximum charge shall be £70.
• The Whole Tooth Pain Relief Service does not include : permanent fillings, surgical or complex extractions, replacement crowns or bridges and definitive root canal treatment.
• All payments will be made in full immediately after recieving treatment.
• We exclude any liability to the patient should Whole Tooth Pain Relief Treatment not be available at any particular time.
• Any business or financial loss the patient may incur, including loss of revenue, loss of profits or loss of anticipated savings (whether those losses are the direct or indirect result of our default).
• Any loss suffered due to the default of any party.
